Coaching Packages
Think of my coaching as personal training for your mindset. Just like working with a personal trainer, you should learn some things and get some benefit from every session, but the real benefits come from the accumulation of the work over time. Because the benefits accumulate over time, and the work can be difficult, my recommendation is to commit to a package of sessions. If you just want to try out coaching, I do offer one-off sessions, but I frankly don’t recommend them.

Additionally, some people find that they want:
- Personalized attention than just individual sessions;
- Check-ins between sessions to get feedback on the issue of the moment;
- reassurance that they’re on the right track throughout the week.
For these people, I’m introducing a “High-Contact” package, that includes daily text or email checkins in addition to weekly coaching sessions.
All of my coaching packages include personalized 1:1 coaching sessions driven by your agenda. Additionally, they include worksheets and exercises tailored for your specific issues, so that you can keep working and improving between sessions.
